APPLY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PADDLE GEORGIA 2025 GEORGIA EDUCATORS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM!
Please fill out the following registration form to be considered for participation in the Paddle Georgia 2025 Georgia Educator's Scholarship Program.
This program affords Georgia educators in grades K-12 the opportunity to participate in the seven-day journey June 15-June 22 on the Tennessee River and receive environmental education curriculum and Georgia Adopt-A-Stream training. The goal is for these educators to take their experiences on the river and the curriculum they learned back to their classrooms.
The scholarship pays the full registration fee ($460) and includes Adopt-A-Stream and environmental education curriculum training and materials. Meals (approx. $350) and boat rentals (prices vary) are not included. Participating educators must paddle the entire seven-day Paddle Georgia course, and participate in eight hours of training during the week.
Priority will be given to educators working within the Tennessee River basin of North Georgia, but educators from across the state are eligible for scholarships.
Complete the application form below and submit your resume to be considered for this scholarship. Applications must be received by March 30, 2025. Scholarship winners will be announced in early April.
